We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, which is why we recommend using your Aurrm product for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return so you can fully experience the results.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to make changes.
If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives physically broken or defective. Damage to outer packaging such as dents or minor box wear during shipping is not considered product damage if the item itself remains in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@aurrm.com and include clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept responsibility for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Aurrm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
