At Aurrm, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is on the way to your address, it is considered dispatched.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched by the carrier.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in delays or canceled orders.
If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team may contact you within 3 business days to verify your information. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@aurrm.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
Delayed Deliveries
At Aurrm, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly, and we work hard to process and ship all orders as fast as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, payment processing, or address verification problems.
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always do our best to keep you updated and assist with any shipping concerns.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the courier during transit. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@aurrm.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. While Aurrm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with the carrier and help however we can to resolve the situation.
